Quli - gezondheidsplatform Overview

Quli (Quality of Life) is een online initiatief en staat voor participerende gezondheidszorg, met de mens centraal. Quli is een onafhankelijk digitaal platform voor mensen en samenwerkende organisaties via een persoonlijk en professioneel netwerk. Quli wordt ingezet als organisatiebreed portaal van zorgorganisatie(s) voor digitaal ondersteunde samenwerking met cliënten en hun naasten. Gezien het ICT-landschap van meerdere systemen in het primair proces en toenemende samenwerking tussen verschillende zorgorganisaties, scheppen integraties met Quli organisatiebrede en organisatie-overstijgende mogelijkheden. Één gezicht naar cliënten en naasten, dat veilig, vertrouwd en vernieuwend is. Daarbij kunnen zorgorganisaties via Quli samenwerken met netwerkpartners. Quli is een digitaal platform met de mogelijkheden van persoonlijke gezondheidsomgeving (PGO, DVP), portaal en zorgnetwerkomgeving (ZNO). Quli verbindt mensen, processen en ICT-systemen transmuraal. Quli is NEN 7510 gecertificeerd en beschikt over het MedMij-label. Daarmee zijn privacy en informatiebeveiliging goed geregeld. Quli is geaccepteerd door VZVZ voor Koppeltaal. Quli heeft een contract met VWS inzake ‘Open house toetredingsprocedure Persoonlijke Gezondheidsomgeving’, Dienstverlenings-overeenkomst ARVODI-2018. Quli maakt sinds medio 2023 deel uit van HCI - Health Cloud Initiative. HCI is begin 2025 door VWS via een aanbesteding geselecteerd voor doorontwikkeling en landelijke opschaling van gebruik van de PGO.
