תוכנית רבין למנהיגות (RLP) - מקנה לסטודנטים לתואר ראשון, מכל בתי הספר באוניברסיטת רייכמן, כלים תיאורטיים והתנסות מעשית בהנהגת והנעת פעילות חברתית-קהילתית-חינוכית, תוך ליווי צמוד וקבלת משוב מתמשך על פעולתם.
הסטודנטים שישתתפו בתוכנית ייבחרו בקפידה בסיום שנת הלימודים השנייה שלהם באוניברסיטת רייכמן, (בבית ספר למשפטים- התוכנית פתוחה גם לסטודנטים שסיימו שנה ג') ולאחר מכן יעברו ביחד תוכנית חדשנית של שני סמסטרים (ושתי סדנאות במהלך שנה"ל) בנושא מנהיגות, במקביל להמשך לימודיהם הרגילים.
