Rabito Clinic is made up of a team of expert dermatologists, headed by Prof. Edmund Delle, who serves as the Chief Dermatology consultant and founder, general
practitioners and specialist gynecologist. Rabito Clinic offers a wide range of treatments for patients with skin problems, including the following conditions: acne, autoimmune and connective tissue disease, HIV-related skin disorders, mole, atpyical nevus, melanoma surveillance, disorders of cornification, pigmented disorders, environmental dermatitis, roscea, hair and nail disorders, wound and ulcer care and human papillomavirus (HPV).
Prof. Edmund Delle established the first branch of Rabito Clinic Limited in Accra, Ghana in 1974 at Kanda after returning from Italy in 1974 where he obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree and Diploma in skin diseases all from University of Padua, Italy and Diploma in Tropical Medicine from the Institute of Tropical medicine at Antwerp, Belgium. The clinic whose main area of practice is in dermatology was named after his academic mentor, Professor Calogero Rabito who was the Director of the Dermatological Clinic in the University of Padua, Italy.
Accredited by Medical and Dental Council, and the Health Facility Regulatory Agency of the Ghana Health Services, Rabito Clinic currently has fifteen (15) active branches throughout the country with its headquarters at Osu, behind Koala Shopping Centre, Accra. The Clinics employ about two hundred (200) workers from various professions and disciplines.
