I’ve built ‘Race in the Workplace Pro’ to share the knowledge and insights gained from supporting people through race incidents at work and also training over 1000 employees, employers, trustees and CEO, working towards achieving race equity and belonging for all.

Achieving race equity requires a combination of sustainable approaches. This is why Race in the Workplace is NOT suitable for those who are unwilling to acknowledge or address race discrimination in the workplace or those looking for a "quick fix" or superficial solutions.
