Raising a Voice is an East Knoxville-based nonprofit established to end sexual exploitation and human trafficking. We operate within our East Knoxville community and globally in Kenya, Argentina and Rwanda. In each community that we work, we target vulnerable and exploited populations to meet tangible needs, provide community and develop sustainability for long term change.
