Raising Happy Champs (RHC) helps sport parents support their young athletes in a way that reduces anxiety, improves communication, and enhances performance—without stress, pressure, or burnout.
Founded by Dr. Jen Harris, a sport psychology researcher and sport parent, and partnered with Natalie Hall a former GB Judo athlete, coach, and now a sport parent! RHC bridges the gap between research and real-world parenting. Through evidence-based education, we empower parents to create a positive sporting experience for their child.
Why Sport Parent Education?
Parents receive guidance in school, health, and personal development—but when it comes to youth sport, they’re left to figure it out alone. This can lead to unintentional stress, miscommunication, and anxiety for both parent and child.
