Japan and Peru may seem like an unforeseen twosome, but the Japanese community has profoundly contributed to mainstream Peruvian society for decades, bestowing a Japanese twist on Peruvian creole home cooking.
Nikkei cuisine transforms local dishes using Japanese flavors and techniques, resulting in its own personality and identity under a distinct Peruvian lens. Over the years, Nikkei has evolved, ranging from Peruvian comfort food sprinkled with Japanese flare, itamaes incorporating local herbs, sauces, and spices to orthodox staples, and a contemporary offshoot pushing creative boundaries to form a completely unique modern-day culinary artform.
We will offer you a gourmet voyage by more than hundred years history of Nikkei cuisine in a way of gastronomical show with our chef as a start in main role, which will brings to you not only a superior gastronomic experience and ultimate taste satisfaction, but also entertainment based on skills and talent of our staff. This all will happens in place, which in itself is the fusion of history and moderne combining old gothic cellar and creations of best interior designers of Czechia embodied in the elements of the Peruvian Selva.
