RAN's main mission is to build a decentralized value system which replaces the current credit/authority based system. Leveraging self-evolved learning system as the decision making engine, RAN builds an autonomous, data driven and AI based blockchain ecosystem that determines the self-worth of everybody automatically and accurately.
