Rastreal provided traceability solutions for industrial and logistic processes, by means of auto-identification technologies such as RFID. The company was built on knowledge and experience accumulated by its founders at Embraer and the University of Cambridge. Rastreal grew within one of the densest and most diverse industrial clusters in Latin America. In the first semester of 2013 the company was merged into Tendencies IT Systems from São Paulo, Brazil -- therefore it no longer operates as an independent organization.
