Ravercise® is a fast paced, full body dance workout with energising drum & bass music.
The class incorporates a warm up, various choreographed dance routines targeting arms, legs and core to strengthen and tone muscles and provide a full body cardio workout, as well as stretching to cool down. Each session ends with our famous endorphin fueled Skank-Out, where everyone freestyles to a new selection of tunes - this is the time to let your hair down and get your groove on!
