RAW Capital Partners offers a specialist private debt fund. It has a 10 year track record of providing very consistent returns to investors. We originate our own mortgage loans, to a maximum average of 60% of property valuation and 70% of the property valuation on any one property, and now have more than 700 loans secured on a range of residential property, focused on South East England, with a first legal charge in each case and a portfolio of more liquid assets restricted to cash or “near cash” investments and Money Market Funds.
