RAWPAC(Recreation and Wellness for Parents and Children) designs tailored fitness activities integrated with sports, music and dance for kids and adults.
We offer structured physical activity programmes and curriculums which are designed according to the needs of our customers. We work with schools, societies and communities to implement these programs.
With technology taking over the lives of children too, the active participation of their body is limited. But our fun fitness regimes, create an enjoyable environment which helps unlock a child’s innate creativity, imagination, interests and talents. The spirit of our programme is to create an environment of fun learning and not competition. We aim towards a holistic development, as we believe that physical and mental well-being is the gateway to a strong foundation.

Collaboration with Preschools
We specialise in designing and organising fun fitness and learning programmes in collaboration with preschools to contribute towards a child’s holistic development. The kids in preschools are at their raw stage, so RAWPAC is here to help!

We design a framework of the fitness activities, where we work on enhancing the key ingredients of fitness like correct body posture, confidence, stamina building and team work.
