Real SMB is a rather unusual business owner. Long-term thinking, stability and continuity are our main characteristics. We buy to develop, not to sell. We adapt to our companies routines, not the other way around.
We are passionate about the development of small and mid-sized companies in Norway. We invest in businesses whose managers do their utmost to improve their companies capabilities and results. We require high level corporate governance, management and financial returns, but we give room for creativity and independence within the boundaries we agree on.
We do not invest in start-ups and we prefer trade / distribution and service companies with revenues from NOK 10 to 100 millions with proven earnings power. We want that the sellers who are at the top management of their companies to remain in their positions after the investment.
Our owners have long operational experience in small and mid-sized companies and a solid capital base for financing organic growth and acquisitions.
