Velocity’s partners and team members have played a major part in re-development projects in the Washington, D.C. Metro, such as the new $850MM Washington Convention Center, $400MM Town Square at Suitland Federal Center a 1-million-square-foot, mixed-use development that will include close to 900 apartments and single family homes, 100,000 square feet of retail space and a 50,000-square-foot performing arts center. $250MM City Vista a mixed-use joint-venture with Lowe Enterprises, $200MM The Villages of Westphalia a mixed-use development and $225MM Cambridge Place a mixed-use re-development of Pepco's former HQ site.
