Hi! We're RealFi, and we are aiming to become the world’s leading tokenised real estate investment platform, with an initial focus on the UK property market. RealFi aims to simplify and democratise real estate investing by eliminating barriers to entry such as large minimum investment amounts, lack of liquidity, and transaction complexity and costs. We believe the best way of doing so is by utilising blockchain technology, which can address the issues above through the tokenisation of individual properties and offering them to investors through our app. In other words, if you would like to invest in a property to profit from stable rental income and capital appreciation, but don’t have hundreds of thousands of pounds, knowledge about the local real estate market or you find the acquisition process and tenant management overly complicated, the RealFi app is the right choice for you. Once released, the app will allow you to select a property you like, invest from as little as the price of a coffee, earn a rental yield and eventually sell it through our liquid secondary market.
