Real Estate's Awesome Ladies (REAL) was born out of a collaboration between Shelley Visser and Deanna Boyden who connected over their love of real estate investing and the life of airline employees.
They attended a woman's event that focused on empowering women, social investing and contributed to a program to buy sewing machines for African women. The next steps were to build a strong circle of women around them for business networking, growth, and collaboration.
