Facing a day where you know you won’t hit your targets is incredibly demotivating. You’ve run out of ideas, the company has high turnover, your leadership team isn’t supporting enough to make a difference, for whatever reason this happens the issue eventually turns into an insurmountable ideal.
I jumped into fulfillment early on and loved every minute of it. The challenge of every day became a passion, an obsession for me. I’m not just a consultant, I’m an operator. I’ve done it before, I know what each level of the organization sees inside of the entire supply chain.
What I came to know is that I am particularly skilled at building focused, adaptable, and collaborative operations working on DC strategies, talent and labor. That can be in an existing DC or starting up a brand new facility. I partner with companies to think differently. In order to have different, you must think different. To be different, you must do different.
