Reborna Biosciences is a Japan based startup company developing RNA-targeting small molecule drugs for rare genetic diseases.
Our proprietary screening method discovers orally available small molecules by reproducing the natural three-dimensional structure of RNA that exists in human body. Therefore, it can be expected to identify drug candidates having a higher extrapolation to clinical practice than the conventional screening method using artificially fragmented RNA (a form that does not exist in the body).
We are convinced that this unique technology will contribute to the development of therapeutic drugs with higher efficacy and fewer side effects.
