If you're going to publish recruitment content, here's a radical idea: make it interesting. You don't need to perform creative somersaults to do so. Just make sure you include the facts that will make your ideal candidate go 'ooh' and maybe even 'ah'. Because selling in print, or on the screen, is a bit like a boxing match.
