Our fee structure for permanent placements is a competitive % of the 1st year’s annual salary + GST (note: we do not include the superannuation component and/or any other benefits). We offer a 90 day replacement guarantee for permanent positions up to $100,000 and a 180 day replacement guarantee for permanent positions over $100,000+.
For casual and/or temporary placements our charge out rates are very competitive, as Recruitment 24/7 prides itself on being “your affordable staffing specialists”. All of our candidates have successfully completed alcohol & drug testing prior to being recommended to our clients, and randomly tested throughout their placements.
