Red Rover is the first craft cider producer to open in new Brunswick. We make our craft cider from carefully selected apple varieties and ferment our blended juice to make a selection of delicious high quality ciders. By combining traditional cider making methods and the modern technology available to us, we are proud to serve you a new product of the best vintage quality.
This year we are working in partnership with Coburn Farms and Belliveau Orchards to press fantastic juice and have sourced apples from all over the province to help make Red Rover cider better than ever.
Our cider is produced in the English style; dry or semi-dry with rich apple flavours, the occasional floral note and a pleasant sharpness in the finish. Traditional English ciders should refresh the palate on a hot summer day and at Red Rover we ferment to 7% abv so that you will be warm in the winter too.
