I am a GP with a sub speciality interest in Lifestyle Medicine. I have also completed additional training in Health Coaching.
My world revolves around sharing my passion for this style of practice with patients and clinicians. I have stepped back from Primary Care to focus on building a small Lifestyle Medicine where I see clients individually but the rest of the time I focus on creating and delivering online and in person medical education and delivering shared health appointments in the spirit of greater equity in the delivery of health care and fostering a shared sense of community, purpose and learning from each other.
