Redemption Training is a boutique strength and conditioning facility based in Albion, Brisbane.
Our philosophy is based around ditching the outdated "more is better" exercise mentality. We understand that people are busy. As such, we build our gym around minimal effective dose training. What is the least amount of work we can do to achieve maximal results? This way we can guarantee long term health and fitness results knowing that our training program is sustainable and maintainable.
Our programs are written by a coach with a masters degree in Sport Science and history working with top tier athletes, school kids and everyone else in between.
We understand that everyone moves differently. A group training program in a group setting needs to have flexibility. We provide that flexibility with our unique training program. All of our members are movement screened and provided with their individualised program that is designed to enhance their movement without risking injury.
