At Regional Trustee Services, we see the duplicity and deception; servicers claiming to be working with you on one hand and foreclosing on you with the other. These are the infamous tactics used by loan servicers against borrowers doing their best to save their home, acts that the CFPB calls Dual Tracking, and it's is ILLEGAL. Who are we you ask? We are mortgage experts. Our owner: a 20+ year mortgage veteran and a graduate of Creighton University School of Law. We have spent time working inside, learning everything there is to know about the loss mitigation and foreclosure departments. We know all about their "Doc Curative Department", which their fancy word for a department that manufactures fake foreclosure documents, in an effort to "fix" their broken chain of assignments. We have seen first hand the signing and notarization of documents by employees who have absolutely no information about your loan, yet they are attesting that they have reviewed your loan and the information contained therein is valid and true. We have spent time as foreclosure specialists and timeline managers, learning the steps to foreclosure from the inside, we have worked as a single point of contact (SPOC) and see what really happens behind the scenes. We also know that the likelihood that your "original wet ink" documents are being kept safe in the servicers "vault" is slim to none. We know the employees are just there trying to earn a living and are just doing their jobs. We know, however, the trustees are not just there to make a dollar.
