Reimagine Freedom - RF is the strategic home of the Freedom Charter and the umbrella organization for Young Women’s Freedom Center, Beloved, Sister Warriors Freedom Coalition, Sister Warriors Action Fund, Freedom Research Institute, and the Liberation Institute.
RF was born out of 30 years of work toward ending the criminalization and incarceration of women and trans people of all genders in California.
As an anchor organization, RF provides the foundation and infrastructure (strategy, funding, financial systems, HR, communications, and data) to support our ecosystem of organizations and initiatives working in concert to realize our Freedom Charter.
