Professor Reiss answered these questions in a unique way – scientifically. He asked thousands of people from different cultures and diverse backgrounds about their intrinsic motives. This research identified the 16 basic desires of human nature that determine our values, predict our behavior, influence the development of our personality traits, and create harmony or conflict in our interpersonal relationships.
Based on The Science of Motivation®, the RMP leads to insights about leadership style, resilience, loyalty, competitive spirit, team orientation, interpersonal skills, and risk-taking tendencies.
