We’re David and Lindsey, co-founders of Relationship Zen, and we teach courageous couples and high performing relationship nerds like you the mindset and action steps to co-create vibrant relationships through conscious connection and communication.
We starting blogging and educating in 2008 for two reasons:
1) Personal: We wanted to overcome our experiences growing up in divorced families while surrounded by media that portrayed dysfunctional versions of love.
2) Societal: We believe that empowering people to improve their romantic relationships elevates their lives, creates thriving families, and healthier communities.
