We build structures with care and craftsmanship. We’re an Ottawa-based builder specializing in custom structures, including homes, commercial buildings, and remodeling. History Before the launch of RELM Builders, Chello Building Corporation operated in the Ottawa community as a family-run builder with generations of experience as a sister company of Prestige Design and Construction. From 2016 until 2021, the second generation of the family fully managed Chello Building Corporation, where they pivoted to constructing more residential buildings with a focus on energy efficiency, new building technologies, and innovation. RELM Builders is now independent of Chello Building Corporation and Prestige Design and Construction. Under the leadership of founder Michael Mazzarello, RELM Builders is pushing the envelope of custom tight, energy-efficient structures.
