Remembrance Electrical and Contractors Services is a 100% black owned company formed by its founder member Sikhumbuzo Rememberance Mncube in February 2005 after working on on various electrical construction companies in Johannesburg such as Transvaal Electrical Services in Kew Johannesburg in 1996-2000 ,BFG Contractors in Windsor Randburg on year 2000 mid to 2003 and left to I.S Electrical Services in Blairgowrie Randburg by then i took advantages of my work experience to do my trainings in electrical fields and industry on various Technical colleges such as Westcol Technisa on year 2003 i passed my Trade Test at Olisfantsfontein Trade Testing Centre that was the month of October after my Trade test my Boss told me he cant pay a black person like a white person that"s when i realised its good to be a boss but before i was not sure what step to take i was called to work as an Electrical Instructor in one of institute called Industries Training Institute in Randburg area which was doing lot of Department of Labour trainings on unemployed school leavers especial on Ruraal areas i was involve with them for year deployed in Eastern Cape areas such as Lusikisiki, Flag staff, Mbotyi areas my duties was to help fellow brothers and sisters to move from zero to Elconopy level 1,2 and 3 on Basic electrical fields trainings that when i realized myself to a worth man who can go from zero to boss from there I never looked back to go small again thats when i converterted my Zulu name Skhumbuzo which means Rememberance To what today is called REMEMBRANCE ELECTRICAL and CONTRACTORS SERVICES
