Resolutions, Inc. is an outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment facility (including treatment for drug addiction and alcoholism) for both voluntary and court-ordered clients. We are licensed by the state of Utah to provide evidence-based treatment consistent with best practices. Several therapists work six days a week to meet clients' needs for evaluations, treatment, and referrals. We see toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults. We have both day and evening appointments available. We do individual therapy, play therapy, group therapy, family counseling, couples counseling, and classes. Serving the families of Davis County since 1990, Kathie Keeler, LCSW, Clinical Director and founder, is on dozens of insurance panels - including SelectHealth, PEHP,, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Altius, and many more.
We have several court-ordered classes including Prime for Life DUI education, anger management, domestic violence treatment, cognitive restructuring, theft reform, substance abuse (for both adults and adolescents) and diversion classes for adolescent drug offenders and their parents.
We provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families addressing such issues as addictions, anxiety, autism, depression, behavioral problems, bipolar disorder, couples, parenting problems, trauma, terminal illness, grief and loss, life transitions, and many more.
