The RMA is an international association of scientists working at the intersection of mathematical modeling, environmental sciences, sustainability sciences, and natural resource management. We formulate and analyze models to understand and inform the management of renewable resources and social-ecological systems. Fisheries, forestry, farming, water resources, wildlife, and biodiversity constitute the main applied fields. We are particularly engaged in fostering the sustainability of these natural resources and their resilience in the face of global changes and disturbances.
