At Respect Academy we provide Soft Skills Training for employees in both public and private sector, specialising in Communications and Business English Training.
Our CEO has more than 35 years of experience as a teacher/trainer/mentor/coach. In addition, he has worked for the US Defense Department as a Business Management Specialist and later worked as the Programme Manager (Sri Lanka) for VESL, a UK based English teaching organization. He also has over 10 years management experience in the corporate sector as the Group HR Manager in a multi-national company with branches in half a dozen countries.
We use Microsoft Office 365 in our online teaching/training and we provide every student with a genuine O365 A1 license for over 25 apps and 1 TB of Azure cloud storage from Microsoft free of charge. We provide necessary IT training to all learners free.
