We will help with each persons individual needs, such as getting effective therapy or rehabilitation. New housing and adaptation, new effective equipment, vehicles, educational and vocational support, psychological and emotional support.
This will include acting as an advocate for the client, as well as facilitating and coordinating effective input from fellow professionals working with them. We have a good network of fellow professionals, and are used to finding the right fit of person for each client.
Resurgence Case Management has the expertise and resources required to recruit and manage staff that may need to be employed to meet the needs of the individual client, such as Support Workers and Rehabilitation Assistants. This with the designated authority of, and on behalf of; the named employer who might be the Client their Deputy or a family member.
We are very experienced at supporting people who are going through a litigation process or insurance claim, and can support in every aspect when our clients are engaged with Solicitors and Barristers. Our priority is always the immediate needs of our clients and finding practical effective ways to meet them.
We find, engage, and coordinate the professionals each client requires to meet their needs. This can be: Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Dietician, Educational adviser, Vocational Rehab Specialist, Cleaners, Gardeners, Vehicle Adaptation Specialists, Psychologist, Assistive Technology Specialist, Architect.
