RethinkCulture is a mission to help 1M businesses create healthier, more fulfilling cultures. Its first product, Culture Health Score, turns workplace culture into a KPI, by analysing human needs and how they are being served by the organisation. We ‘ve already measured the culture of 20 companies, and the results speak for themselves. 20 companies have witnessed “what’s really happening behind the scenes in our culture” and can “set precise priorities for each department”.
