RetroPixel Digital Inc. Overview

RetroPixel Digital is a Vancouver-based video game studio & entertainment company. Founded by Nick Romick and Pierre Alexander, it focuses on creating original games and cinematic content for PC, console, and online streaming services. We’ve picked the best of the best in the local (and international) industry and are driven to create fun, jaw-dropping content. We write, plan, shoot, edit and produce all our own work in house. This gives our team more opportunity to channel their inner creativity and enjoy their jobs more. Less “sick time” is being used for some reason! We’ve mainly been focused on our latest project, “Green Hawk Platoon“, which is our upcoming FPS/TPS video game title, featuring little green army men. We’re also at the forefront of the new and exciting world of Virtual Production using Unreal Engine, which we also implement into our video games and cinematics. Green Hawk Platoon is an action-packed, single player and multiplayer FPS that immerses you in the world's smallest army! Team up with your friends as toy soldiers and wage epic battles across many household battlegrounds like the kitchen, bedroom, backyard, or beach, as you fight for dominance and control over your tiny world! Did you ever play with those little green toy soldiers as a kid? So did we. Our aim was to bring those nostalgic memories into a game that's fun to play with friends or on your own. With Green Hawk Platoon, we set out to create an FPS that feels larger than life, designed for both single player enthusiasts and competitive multiplayer fans. We've focused on delivering responsive gunplay and class-based combat at a 'toy soldier' scale. We've put a lot of effort into making sure Green Hawk Platoon offers a fun and engaging experience, carefully fine-tuning the mechanics to get everything just right.
