Revel Meat Co. is a meat processor, distributor, and retailer of the finest meats in the Pacific Northwest. As a retailer and distributor, we partner with local ranches to produce beef, pork and lamb under the Revel Meat Co. brand You can find our products at our own butcher counter in Providore Fine Foods, as well as at a number of other local retailers and restaurants in the Pacific Northwest. We primarily focus on serving restaurants and consumers that are looking to branch out from commodity meat and pride ourselves on offering local, quality product to our customers. The other arm of Revel Meat Co is our USDA meat processing facility, one of the last in the state of Oregon. Our plant, Marks Meat, is Organic certified by Oregon Tilth, Animal Welfare Approved, GAP4 Certified and implements one of the most Robust Systematic Approaches to the Humane Handling of Livestock. We are proud to provide services for small and midsize ranchers in the Pacific Northwest and assist ranchers in gaining market access in Portland and the surrounding areas.
