Revolutionary Bites L.L.C.

In grocery stores, Revolutionary Bites L.L.C. will have a group of clients participate in a “nutrition tour”. We take our clients through the store, and teach them how to properly read labels, understand somewhat simplistic ingredients that can be detrimental to their health, and participate in a brief activity. The activity consists of having the clients shop for ingredients they would usually buy for dinner, and reconvene to learn better alternatives. We provide digital and/or physical nutrition documents that contain information from sources such as Cornell University, the NIH, and HealthLine. Through this tour, clients will learn how to eat healthier, and shop sustainably, and they will also have the opportunity to open their palates and explore other cultures' foods.
