Co-founded by us in 2005, commencing January 1, 2006, Rhein Medall Communities is the operating entity for our new real estate developments in greater Charlotte, NC, and such other regions where appropriate opportunities arise. Building upon the recognized excellence gained by Rhein Interests' communities over the last 25 years in the Southeast, we will continually strive to build communities that surprise and delight and in the process, will continue to be recognized for excellence in the market. We also commit to be a leader in the area of environmentally sensitive land planning, dedicated to working with the natural contours of the land, weaving open space into each community design and developing practices that both protect the environment and appeal to consumer demand.
