Unter idealen Bedingungen und kontrollierter Produktion wächst unser knackiges Grün 365 Tage im Jahr; und das mit einer 85% höheren Flächenproduktivität als beim herkömmlichen Freilandanbau.
Unsere Energie und Leidenschaft sind der Nährboden für ultrafrische Wurzelsalate direkt aus dem Herzen NRW´s; dem Leuchtturmprojekt vor den Toren Düsseldorfs.
Ein geschlossener Kreislauf in der Produktion lässt den Wasserverbrauch um 95% sinken. Mittels modernster Technologie durchbrechen wir die ressourcenintensive Lebensmittelversorgungskette, schonen das Ökosystem und reduzieren den Einsatz von Düngemittel um 75%. Dabei verzichten wir nahezu gänzlich auf den Einsatz von Pestiziden und Herbiziden.
Innerhalb weniger Wochen wachsen so knackfrische, verzehrfertige Blattsalate heran, die 100% lokal und 100% lecker sind.
