Richards Plumbing Previously Doing Business as Richards Plumbing and Handy-mans Services shut down following the tragic loss of the owners and partners baby boy in 2018, After a fierce battle with a plethora of issues both physical and emotional the owner (me) has decided to return to the trade with a refreshed determination and vivaciousness. The former DBA Name has been changed to RHRIG LLC. There is some rather distasteful chatter at the moment about the prior company and it shames me to know that some of it is true. I lost all my determination after my loss and I lost my self as well. Worst of all I let some of my longest standing customers down. For this there is no excuse not even the events that I endured. To use that as a crutch and shield would be a disgrace to the name of my loved one. Thus I will only offer this statement. To all of those that were affected by my absence and my sudden disappearance I apologize sincerely from the bottom of my heart. I will offer to anyone that will contact me claiming an unfinished job or anything that you think is owed and I will replace, restore,refund or I will offer you credit for any material or job that you need done at any time day or night. This will be verified by my records system, I ask please do not try to take advantage of this, that also would be a disgrace the memory. I will be taking all customers at their word alone, as long as they have an invoice in our system. We will not double check the work to see if our previous techs completed. I do this because I want my customers to know that our word is all we will ever have and that the word of my customers is important to me, and mine used to be to you. I am sorry I lost that, and humbly ask you to forgive us and let us move forward toward better company. The company we strove to be previously and failed...It is only failure when we quit, as long as there is time eternal...and water. We will keep rolling...and unlike waste... we will roll uphill.
