We deal principal to principal, but we will protect brokers. The three principals, David Richards, Philip Richards and Eric Robbins collectively have over 100 years of experience in the Real Estate field.
Our management philosophy is focused on Tenant satisfaction and Tenant retention. Through quick, “hands-on” response to our Tenant’s needs, we are able to establish and maintain long term relationships that are benefitial to all. Upkeep, curb appeal and preventative maintenance are of utmost importance as well. The management of all real estate operations is performed in-house under the direct supervision of the principals.
