The Riddell Foundation was established to support complex work already underway to dismantle systemic oppression and privilege. We hope to further individual and collective knowledge around structural discrimination and the types of privilege and blindness that drive inequity. The Foundation will begin with the principles of meaningful inquiry and allyship, and take the lead from individuals and groups disadvantaged by an oppressive system.
