We understand how important it is to have things functioning correctly at home so our residents can be there for their work, family and community. Unlike many landlords who contract out these services, we have a skilled and dedicated full-time repair & maintenance staff that is on call 7 days a week to help deal with everything from routine issues to emergencies in a timely, effective manner.
Our in-house Resident Relations team is also trained to help troubleshoot issues remotely in order to minimize disruption and /or avoidable repeat visits and to make sure that our residents receive thoughtful, informed service when they need it.
