● WHAT. Ripple Racing is a young, professional ocean racing team that hosts the sailing campaign of Pamela Lee on her way to become the very first Irish sailor to compete in the Route du Rhum.
● MISSION. Ocean Racing? Yes, but with a purpose! As there is still a gender imbalance, Ripple Racing is focused on promoting role models to inspire future generations of female athletes, gender equality, and increasing inclusion of women in the world of sport.
● VISION. In the long term, we aim to continue developing ocean racing projects for men and women, and to activate sport as a tool for positive social change.

● MISSION. La course au large ? Oui, mais avec un but ! Parce que subsiste un déséquilibre de genre, Ripple Racing s’oriente vers la promotion de rôle-modèles pour inspirer les futures générations de femmes athlètes, la parité homme - femme, et l’inclusion des femmes dans le monde du sport.
● VISION. À long terme, nous voulons continuer à développer des projets de course au large pour les femmes et les hommes, et à faire du sport un outil de changement social positif.
