For those that don’t know, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling martial art with similarities to judo and wrestling.
Ask anyone who trains BJJ and they’ll tell you about it’s life-changing physical and mental health benefits.
This is why it’s the fastest-growing martial art in the UK. But because it is also one of it’s most expensive, it’s not available to everyone.
We’re here to change that!
You can find us running community Jiu-Jitsu programmes in youth clubs, community centres and schools across London and Bristol.
