Rise Club is a Non-Profit Organization that provides the opportunity to unemployed mothers to return to work, as well as update and upgrade their skills by exploring flexible jobs with the aim to
re-integrate each mother into the workforce.
Its scope is:
✔ to create a safe community/social network dedicated to support mums-at-home
✔ to provide psychological support in order to empower them & their mental well-being
✔ to provide training tools and needed skills helping them to reach their full potential
✔to ensure equal opportunities & rights for women after motherhood in the workplaces
Women may press the pause button on their career for a variety of reasons: maternity leave, caring of children or elderly parents. Our mission is to increase social and economic mobility among stay-at-home mothers with no job and low income by providing the tools they need to thrive in their life, thereby strengthening generations of families and children to flourish and succeed.
We aim to ensure that no mother raising her children ever has to choose between work and home. We are trying to tackle the stigma of unemployment.
