Founded under the name R J Development in 1992, RJD, Inc. celebrates its 25th Anniversary in April 2017.
RJD serves people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral problems, and is proud to have served some of the original residents of the company's first ISL homes since 1992.
RJD supports people through Individualized Supported Living (ISL for short), personal assistance, respite care, transportation and other services. However, the agency's main means of serving people has been through the ISL program, a residential living arrangement that gives people the opportunity to live in the community regardless of the severity of their disability or the degree of any physical or behavioral challenges they may have.
