RNCC was founded by Courtney Hogenson, a Registered Nurse from UCLA's Cardio-thoracic Intensive Care Unit. Through her work as an RN, she often noticed a gap in the care of patients leaving the hospital. Many discharged patients were well enough to leave the hospital, but not well enough to care for themselves at home. After successfully coordinating the care for a friend's mother post-surgery, she decided to utilize her knowledge and experience to help others find care for their loved ones.
Whether the client wishes to remain in home or relocate to an Assisted Living, Alzheimer's/dementia care, Acute Rehab, Nursing Home or Board and Care, RNCC is able to offer guidance and support in making the most informed decision for each client and family.
