RnR Fit is an exclusive gymnastics academy in Bangalore, offering training for competitive and recreational gymnastics. With International qualified coaches, a structured training program and state of the art equipment such as: high beam, uneven bars, parallel bars, vaulting tables and horizontal bars the program is designed to help kids experience a lifetime of fitness.
Did you know? Gymnastics, along with athletics and swimming, has been recognized by the International Olympic Committee as one of the three foundation sports from which all others stem. The reason being, gymnastics helps develop strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination... the list goes on and on.
