Road Runner Safety Services, Inc was founded in 1998 by Mary Shepard in Jackson, Missouri, home of the corporate office. We also have three district offices located in Springfield & Kansas City, Missouri and Carbondale, IL. The two Missouri sites were added in 2003 and Carl Ellis became a minority share holder. The Illinois location was started in 2013.
